Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

·        All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

·        Please note: Personalised items may take additional time due to customisation. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, your delivery may be split.

Shipping Charges:

·        Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

·        Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping fee.

·        We do not service internationally currently

Tracking Information:

·        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

·        You can track your package anytime using this link.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

·        We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

·        Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

·        The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

o   Personalised jewellery

o   Coins

o   Utensils

o   God idols

Refund Process:

·        Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

·        Any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable.

Replacement & Exchange:

·        You may request a replacement or exchange within the return window.

·        Replacements will be shipped after the original product is picked up or delivered back to us.

·        The same exclusions apply as with returns.

Return Initiation:

·        Initiate a return via our website, app, or by contacting Customer Support.

·        After booking, please be available for reverse pickup and responsive to delivery partner calls.

·        If unavailable, the pickup may be cancelled, and the process will need to be restarted.

Non-Serviceable Pincodes:

·        In rare cases where reverse pickup isn’t available, we may request you to ship the product back via a trusted courier (e.g., India Post).

·        We will reimburse up to ₹70 for such returns.

·        If return costs exceed ₹70, the additional amount will be deducted from your refund.

Missing Item Claims:

·        If you claim to have returned multiple products but fewer are picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the MRP of missing items from your refund.

·        This includes promotional items, such as free gifts or silver coins.

Empty Parcel or Tampered Packages:

·        Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

·        A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

·        Insufficient evidence or tampering may lead to rejection of the claim. Final decision rests with the brand.
