We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right.


Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted for unused and unworn items in their original packaging, with tags intact and proof of purchase.

Note: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage:

Coins

Utensils

God idols

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

 

When You Can Request a Return or Replacement:

  • You received the wrong product or it doesn’t match your order.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

Note: Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at siltara01@gmail.com or initiate a request via our website/app. Once approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for the return process

Do not send items back without prior approval. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


Important Return Conditions

  • All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be issued after successful quality checks.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
  • In case of missing items in return shipments (e.g., partial returns where the customer claims multiple items were returned), the company may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product(s), including promotional gifts (e.g., free silver coins).
  • For service areas not covered by our reverse pickup service, you may be requested to ship the return using a service like India Post. In such cases, we will reimburse up to ₹70 of shipping costs. Any amount beyond ₹70 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at siltara01@gmail.com.

For missing or tampered parcels, you must share a 360-degree unboxing video as proof. Claims without proper documentation may be denied. The final decision in such cases rests with the company.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
